Our Hot Yoga Series is a routine of 26 poses, which works the whole body in 90 minutes. The poses work synergistically and cumulatively to return the body to a balanced state. The yoga builds energy, stamina and flexibility. It incorporates strength, challenge, gravity, balancing and most importantly the tourniquet effect. This technique allows the stretching, squeezing and massaging of the internal organs, flushing out the cardiovascular system and stimulating the endocrine and nervous systems in order to release any deficient hormones and enzymes. The body is self-regulating and self-adjusting.
Flow is an energizing sequence with focus on stamina, strength and breath, often with a theme incorporated. The flowing movements may sometimes be combined with some longer holds of certain postures. The student generally experiences a sense of fluid motion, from which flow yoga gets its name. The breath synchronization found in flow yoga is said to maximize the positive benefits of the practice, turning it into a moving meditation.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a slightly heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
